What can I use for a User ID and password?
 
Answer: The user name can be up to 10 characters and can be any combination of letters and numbers.

The password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 10 characters and must contain at least one numeric digit. The password cannot match your User ID.
 
If you provide Leland with your email address they you will receive acknowledgements of your orders.
What do I need to do so that I can enter my orders for Leland Paper Company over the Web?
 
Answer: Just give us a call at 518/792-0949 so that we can set up User IDs and passwords for your account. You can have as many different User IDs as you need or use the same one for all of the people doing your ordering.
When can I enter my orders online after setting up a User ID and password?
 
Answer: You should be set to go within minutes.
 
Actually, the web gets updated once every hour.
Can I enter my orders any time?
 
Answer:

Yes. You can enter your orders 24 hours a day. Any order entered before 4:00pm will go on our next scheduled delivery to your area. In the Glens Falls area, that means every week day (except for holidays).

I see that my listing of items has a last quantity and a year to date quantity. How often is that updated?
 
Answer:

That information is updated every day after we process our invoices, usually in mid-afternoon.

I would like to order an item but I've never had the item before. What do I do now?
 
Answer:

You can either add it to your order as a special instruction or call or email us and we will add it to your list of items.

Answer:

Sure. Call us or email us and we'll take it off.

Yes, just call or email us with your request.

Yes, all orders are individually examined to be sure quantities, ship-to, etc. appear to be correct.
